Word of the Day

The lucky word to receive the award today is:

mooch

v. Slang loiter about aimlessly

Congratulations to mooch. We have informed mooch of his success and he was most pleased. It did very much surprise him though as he generally feels that he is underused. He has been tempted in recent years to withdraw himself from the list of official words due to severe depression caused by this neglect. We are all very glad that he has fought on and he fully deserves to win this accolade. As a gesture of good-will please use mooch as often as you can, perhaps as a general rule: once a day, and tell others to do the same so that we can get mooch to be proud of himself once again!
